lost some body fat!
I just wanted to post that today I had my body fat measured at 24 hour fitness, and it is at 16…in november it was around 20. I lost 4%! I guess it is all that soccer, jiu-jitsu, swimming, hiking, surfing, boxing, and biking that I have been doing…I also wanted to say that today I swam 1500 m in around 28 minutes, my best time yet this year, my lats are pretty tight/sore. I also played some racquetball with sreekanth, and lifted some chest with mohamed. All in all a good workout day.
